  • The highlight of the community tourist area is the Administrative and Commercial Service Building recycled from many container modules with the largest total area, with the function of construction and business in the community tourism service area, achieving a Vietnamese Record established by Vietnam Record Institute on December 12th, 2024.

8. Capacity of community tourist area

  • From Phan Thiet City Center, follow Tran Hung Dao Street to Tien Loi 3-way intersection
  • Go straight on Au Co – Lac Long Quan Street about 18 km, 6 km from Novaland

IV. Guidance on directions from Ho Chi Minh City to Homeland Beach Tourist Area

  • Visitors departing from Ho Chi Minh City will follow the route of Ho Chi Minh Expressway – Long Thanh – Dau Giay and Phan Thiet – Dau Giay Expressway. The route is about 150 km.
  • At the exit of Dau Giay – Phan Thiet Expressway Toll Station, you go towards Ham Kiem – Tien Thanh Road for about 10 km.
  • At the roundabout, take the first exit onto Provincial Road 719B, exit the roundabout onto Provincial Road 719B, go about 11 km, turn left towards Suoi Nhum bridge, go straight for 900 m to reach Homeland Beach Tourist Area.

  • You can easily travel by technology vehicles such as Grab or Bee.
